Commercial Meat Processing Plant - Meat inspector wanted all concrete block walls

The foundation being prepared - please make sure all measurements are based on a grid of six inches

Start in the corner.

Once two corners are in place, then the middle of the wall can be dry-stacked as there is an anchor

Exterior wall at full height

Interior walls with VOBB

See how straight the wall is - If the wall is not straight before the cement mix is poured in, it will not be straight afterwards

A very proud worker who had never laid concrete block before

With the roof on - Please note the slanted roof line with the VOBB blocks cut with an angle.

A covering is used to stop water absorption. (All concrete block will absorb water.)

Interior walls with sheetrock nailed directly on the VOBB block. It is strongly recommended you use a "PROPER" nail gun that will drive a nail and not break the VOBB blocks.

The sheetrock is nailed directly to the VOBB concrete blocks.

Ready for final paint
