Facts about VOBB

1.  A DIY person has proven that he can stack 90 VOBB per hour.  (It is estimated that a full-time person would dry-stack VOBB 700 or more per day. This estimate is for a simple wall with no scaffolds, electrical, plumbing, etc.)

2.  It has been proven that "unskilled laborers" (including temporary and high school laborers i.e. $9 per hour or less) can be trained to dry-stack VOBB in less than two hours.

3.  Therefore, the "raw" labor cost to dry-stack a VOBB block is approximately 10 cents per block.   (This cost does not include payroll burden for taxes and the time to pump/pour in the concrete grout/slurry mix.) However, this will not work on a cost-efficient basis if the person with the "brains" does all of the work on a big project such as a home or full building, i.e. you must use low laborers to effect this inexpensive cost.

4.  As such, the total labor cost to dry-stack VOBB blocks is estimated to be 30 cents per VOBB block, including the labor cost for the time to pump/pour in the concrete grout.
