Returns/Refunds

The block producers for VOBB block and the manufacturer for VOBB clips strive to produce high quality products. However, due to the inherent nature of high speed machines (to keep the cost down), sometimes there are machine failures or human errors. Sometimes there can be bad product mix for numerous reasons. There are inspections made to eliminate product defects prior to shipment. This is to maintain good customer relations and because the cost of replacement is much more expensive after the product has been shipped.

However, should there be a defective product which by-passes inspection, then the product will be replaced after it is returned to the distributor/manufacturer. Defective product must be returned for replacement, not discarded, so that the product can be inspected and we can learn from the defect to prevent reoccurrence. There will be NO refund if the defective product is not returned.

It is the full responsibility of the customer to count the delivery within two business days of receipt of the shipment to assure full delivery is made. There can be no adjustment if this count is not made on a timely basis.

Refunds will be made for unused product only if the VOBB block is a full pallet with the wrapping still intact for shipment or if the VOBB clips are in a full unopened box.

NOTE: Due to the high speed of VOBB block production, VOBB can not guarantee an exact height consistency. See the measurement test for a "sample" estimate of the VOBB block dimension.
